Recruitment process mastered by HHHR:
- A) Planning
- In this phase we try to understand the Profile requirements of our clients. We also give equal importance to client's business environment and work culture. We finalise the kind of strategy, techniques that we are going to follow in order to get the right candidate.
The Execution phase consists of:

- Preliminary Short-listing Matrix: At this stage a set of preliminary questions are made for the candidate according to Position Competency and Skill Sets.
- Search: Mine internal databases and use our widespread network to reach the right candidate as per desired specifications. Screen and evaluate the candidates. The capable candidates are first shortlisted and with a prior appointment for the interview the candidates are being called.
- Shortlist Candidates: Shortlist ample of candidates from our end to give our Client a liberty of choice.
- Reference Checks: We complete an informal reference check on the candidates to evaluate his credentials. Post which we share resume of Relevant Candidates with our Client.
- Interview: Candidates shortlisted by Client are scheduled for interview. At this stage we look forward to the travel, stay and other expenses of the candidate. We provide them with proper comfort and handhold them till the end. We also debrief the candidate post the interview.
- C) Closure
- The final phase is of negotiation and follow up during which the salary packages, time of joining, offer letter everything is decided. We always try to be in touch during the follow up process. Apart from this we keep a follow up with the client as well as the candidate when the candidate joins the organization. Post joining, we are in constant touch with the candidate to ensure he builds his careers with our Client.
